Excellent!

I could easily see this being in a game like Brawl. I love Star Fox, and I love this song!

Mood Music

Fits well with the cold, unforgiving atmosphere it is trying to create. 5/5, 10/10.

Scribbler responds:

It is indeed "mood music," glad you caught that! Thanks for the heart-warming review.

A Recollection, Indeed.

This reminds me of all my favorite 80's video games, mixed with a touch of modern ambience, and high quality production. Brilliant! Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

snayk responds:

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it and I appreciate the review. :D

Off...

The piano riff is way off, bud. And don't try to mix coldplay and techno, it just doesn't work.

DJAirWave responds:

So you must be the one who smited my song. Just so you know, it is a test. I didnt use the keys i intend to use in the full version. many people have remixed this song, so why cant i. watever, your opinion, but im remixing this song.

Okay...

Sounds like something from an 80's action movie. Kinda cheesy. It's aight I guess.

Allright....

This song is okay, but just lacks a little intensity. I was waiting for some crazy beat or synth to come in, but the song stayed kinda subdued. This is well produced, but not something I would personally download or listen to.

Parkerman1700 responds:

Well, thanks. Except this song, on the studio was actually too loud, and I had to make it quieter so it wasn't all static.

LOL!

As soon as I realized what was saying I cracked up lol.

Interesting

Try something simple for the percussion, like a shaker. Just a light, metronome like percussion instrument should do the trick. Good overall though, kinda reminds me of Banjo Kazooie for some reason...

Ehh....

I was loving it up until about 1:00. The beat doesn't do much for me. I don't like the guitar at the end either, and also think it should speed up slower and not as drastically. The opening, however, sounds brilliant. A giant factory slowly creaking to life.

TwilightShade responds:

What guitar? All the sounds I used were either metal or industrial type sounds. I have no guitars in the song. =P

Thank you for the review though.

Fits in with the genre perfectly.

Catchy, fun, great! I could easily see this in an SNES game. Why aren't you composing for a throwback like Mega Man 9? Keep it up!
